Aroma:
While the most famous and expensive strains of this aromatic wood come from Southeast Asia such as Aquilaria Malaccensis and Aquilaria Crassna, we find this Indian distillation of Aquilaria Agallocha to be the most interesting as an incense. Although still reminiscent of modern perfume, this incense comes off as an antique style wood and leather smell that is rich, complex and luxurious with buttery-creamy-balsamic presence that fills the room.

Wood powders, essential oil

Essential oil:
Aquilaria agallocha

Type:
Indoor use. May not burn outside, depending on the temperature.

Smoke:
Minimal, less than some Japanese style incense

Burning time:
around 60 minutes

Stick:
23cm / 9" bamboo, unbleached

Storing:
Keep the package sealed and dry. Essential oils are volatile and will evaporate if left out in the open.
